Bhagvat Gita

Explain the essence of Gita in your own words.
The soul is beyond birth and death, but you do not know it. On knowing it, you are situated in your soul, who has never been born and will never die. This is the state of salvation, this is self-achievement. After getting that, you rise above all sorrows and happiness and always live in bliss. This is the enlightenment state.
By thinking about things, you become attached to them. Because of that you leave your soul and do work to get things, which causes misery.
No human being lives without work. Therefore, you should do work without attachment, located in your soul. This is the work-free stage. Doing no work, leaving the world and is not renunciation. Because wherever you go the world will follow you with your mind. Therefore, it is renunciation to rise above your mind while living in the world.
Wherever this fickle mind wanders, it should be removed from there and put it in soul, in your being so that you can be situated in the soul, become enlightened.
You should take self-knowledge only from those who know the soul, who have knowledge of the soul. That can make the way for you to get soul or God.
Krishna says, "I am present in the whole universe." Means, God is in every particle. Whoever you worship, you worship God. If you are devoted to your body, mind and wealth and meditate on God, get it soon.

what is truth?

Q. What is truth?  Truth is a vision through which we see the world. In this view, the world looks as it is. But we see it from the point of view of fantasies, feelings, expectations or desires. Because of which the truth is not visible. Truth is happening every moment. Truth cannot be said. it can be seen.  A child of two-three years does not think about things. He is able to see it straight away without thinking. This is to see the truth. The practice of meditation and yoga makes your mind simple and innocent like blue sky without clouds. This is the truth. You travel from this truth to the truth and you are available to the infinite truth.

What is death?

What is death? Describe in detail. What is created in the universe will one day disappear. The law of nature is that is created also disappears even if it is a thing.  The process of taking birth and achieving death goes on continuously. It is a circle in which man rotates round and round.  What we call death is not death. It has to be separated from the body, so that it can be born again with the new body and mind and can continue his journey.  Man is afraid of death due to his unfulfilled desires. While death is a common occurrence. Like a person who wants to go far ahead in a short time. One who has invested all his life in a business and is losing rather than profit. He will not be able to sleep overnight until he finishes all the work from his mind. He will not sleep while sleep is a normal occurrence.  Death is a deep sleep so that you can wake up in a new dawn with a new body and mind.  When a man is tired of walking in the cycle of birth and ...

Sports_How to be best player

Playing is the easiest work to do.It should not be called work. It occurs itself in it. Children play, elders should also play. Sport makes you healthy. In sports, both your mind and body move being one. You become simple. You get refreshed. You achieve health, receive awareness. Those who are expert in playing well become meditators at that time. They know how to play mindfully? They become so conscious in the game that their mind stops thinking. They live moment to moment, be in the present, achieve oneness. I am talking about the oneness which the yogi attains through yoga. The player is not alone in this oneness. The whole game starts happening in him. He becomes the watcher of the  whole game.  Now he knows when to do, what to do, and  how to do? You see a top most player in the game. How alert does he! How attractive and aggressive he is! It all comes from his oneness, consciousness. Watch, how does a cat hunt. How focused is she to her prey?  In he...
