Can one live in present?

Is it possible to live life in present?
You are asking whether it is possible to live in happiness and bliss except sorrow? You have forgotten the joy of the present. While you have lived life in present. 
When you were a child, you lived life in the present. But being the seed of desires, the mind was created and you considered yourself as the mind. 
Look at the child of two or three years. He lives in present. Now you become children with children. Join them. Feel them.Try to see the world with their eyes. You will be able to do this, because you too were in that state. That child is still alive in you. 
You do not have experience the joy of the present. Otherwise, you are drawn towards it.
Why do people get drawn to drugs? They get a glimpse of bliss in it. They become addicted only for that glimpse. But bliss is not an addict. That is your nature, your being, that is you.
Live every moment feeling yourself. Remember your being while taking tea, taking bathe, eating food. One day you will not even need to remember. You will be fully present in yourself, be in the present.
