Sports_How to be best player


Playing is the easiest work to do.It should not be called work. It occurs itself in it. Children play, elders should also play. Sport makes you healthy.

In sports, both your mind and body move being one. You become simple. You get refreshed. You achieve health, receive awareness.

Those who are expert in playing well become meditators at that time. They know how to play mindfully? They become so conscious in the game that their mind stops thinking. They live moment to moment, be in the present, achieve oneness.

I am talking about the oneness which the yogi attains through yoga. The player is not alone in this oneness. The whole game starts happening in him. He becomes the watcher of the  whole game.  Now he knows when to do, what to do, and  how to do?

You see a top most player in the game. How alert does he! How attractive and aggressive he is! It all comes from his oneness, consciousness.

Watch, how does a cat hunt. How focused is she to her prey?  In her concentration she and her prey become one. In this oneness she pounces upon its prey.  Now that happens which the cat wants. This happens beyond time.

I am not saying that with meditation only one can become a good player. The player has to qualify in the sport. He has to learn the technique, has to practice.

Players start to enter into meditation while practicing the game.They start getting oneness. They know how to meditate while playing?  How to achieve oneness? Now if they play well they will enter into meditation or if they are in meditation they will play well.

You can awaken the best player in you by meditatin. So everyone should have an understanding of meditation. You should also take out some time in your life for meditation.
