2. How to quit a bad addiction? 
Yes, if you have a bad addiction and really want to leave it, then resolve not to do it and leave it. Still, if there is no addiction or habit left, then there is a remedy for it. With this remedy, any bad addiction in the world can be easily discarded.
Remedy - Whenever a bad habit or addiction arises in your mind, be alert before it. For example, if you wake up from a dream in your sleep, then for that moment, dreams remain for some time. But due to your awakening, those dreams start dissolving very fast. Just with this awareness, watch that habit dominate over you. Just look at that habit, don't catch it. In this way you will catch awareness in a few days, you will know what is alertness. Now whenever you have a bad habit in your mind, become aware for a few moments and watch it dissolve with awareness, like a dream. Any of your bad habits will easily disappear.
Second remedy - whenever a bad addiction catch you or you use it, then see yourself. Like - you see someone unfamiliar. As you are a character of a play. Stay with it and be aware of yourself smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol. Do not think it is right, it is wrong. I should do it, not do it. Just look at yourself. Like - if a play is going on or see yourself as a dream, then you will be different than your dream, drama will be different. Your addiction and you will fall apart. You can continue with this as long as you want, and leave it whenever you want. Because you can come out of the play anytime.
Therefore, no need to quit any addiction. Enjoy your addiction with awareness or witnessing and quit whenever you want.

If a person wants to learn something from your life, what message would you like to give him? Unwind, leave what you have learned from your life so far. Education and society have made you so clever that in this you have lost your innocence, simplicity.  Children are attached to life with their innocence and simplicity. They learn from life. We have forgotten to learn from life. If you want to learn something from life, it is to connect with life. Have to get life.  What we see from the screen of our knowledge is not life. Life occur when you put your knowledge aside, you connect with life instead of being entangled in yourself, you are with you. Life happens when you are with yourself. You have to learn life from life.
