Full of Love and Joy

Who is right to live, for myself or for others?
Living is right for yourself. To live for others is to deceive oneself. Giving love to others is the way to get love.
If you make someone happy, that happiness will one day become poison. Because you are not happy in your life. You are not full of love.
Unless you have access to love or bliss, you cannot share it.
Unless a plant is full of flowers, a tree is not laden with fruits, they cannot share their flowers and fruits. When you are full of joy and love, you do not have to ask to share it. It is a bliss to share it.
When Gautama Buddha was not enlightened, he kept silent as if he were nowhere. But as soon as he became available to e enlightenment and bliss, he started searching for his friends to share it.
When he reached home, wife Yashodhara jokingly told his son Rahul, "Look, this is your father who is a monk. Go and ask for the property that you want from him." Then the Buddha initiated Rahul. He said, "This is my son. What's right for him? I know. The wealth of bliss and enlightenment that I have, I give to Rahul as heir."

The God

What is the simplest way to achieve God?  The simplest way to attain God is meditation. Today I tell about the meditation through which thousands of people have become available to God. This method is derived from Bodhyadharma. Millions of people are following this method.  In this 15-minute meditation, you can sit in any posture, in which you have comfort or lie down on your back like a dead-body. Leave your body loose. Close your eyes lightly and feel that my thoughts are calming ... My thoughts are calming .... Within four-five minutes you will see, your thoughts have calmed down. Then concentrate your mind on your incoming, outgoing breaths. Do not think. Allow your mind to move with your breath. As the breath goes in, your mind also goes in and feel the place, feel the point from where your breath returns back out. And also the point from where the breath returns from outside. In this way, with breath you also keep going in and out. In a few days you will rece...

Worshiping Idol

Why do we worship idol? We cannot believe in the formless God, so there is no worship of the formless. Yes, you can worship the shape of the formless and become available to the formless. The idol or doll is also associated with our childhood memories. We have an inner love with him. Meera fell in love with the idol of Krishna in his childhood. Krishna lived as Meera kept him. This made Meera feel very easy to be with Krishna . This childhood love became devotion and Meera became Krishna herself, received God. If we can be in love with an idol, then we can be available to God. Krishna says, "You worship me by whatever you worship."

A great message

If a person wants to learn something from your life, what message would you like to give him? Unwind, leave what you have learned from your life so far. Education and society have made you so clever that in this you have lost your innocence, simplicity.  Children are attached to life with their innocence and simplicity. They learn from life. We have forgotten to learn from life. If you want to learn something from life, it is to connect with life. Have to get life.  What we see from the screen of our knowledge is not life. Life occur when you put your knowledge aside, you connect with life instead of being entangled in yourself, you are with you. Life happens when you are with yourself. You have to learn life from life.
